1. Contractual Agreement
By engaging with MIKE'S FURNITURE WAREHOUSE, INC. for logistics, transport, or forwarding services, you're agreeing to the operational terms outlined here. We've spent 12 years refining these protocols to protect both your cargo and our transit infrastructure. Have you reviewed your specific cargo insurance requirements lately?
All shipping contracts are governed by the laws of Oklahoma. We don't take shortcuts with compliance. Our team ensures that every transit route is optimized for safety and efficiency.
2. Warehousing & Freight Storage
Our facilities at Muldrow are equipped for diverse cargo types. However, clients must declare any hazardous materials prior to transit. We're strictly regulated. Storage fees accrue after the initial 48-hour grace period unless otherwise specified in your logistics agreement.
3. Delivery & Claims
Notice a discrepancy? Claim it immediately. Any damage during delivery must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of receipt. We're committed to fair resolutions, but timing is everything in freight transportation.
Liability & Insurance
Our standard liability for transit is capped at industry-standard rates unless additional valuation is declared and paid for in advance. It's about risk management. We strongly recommend that high-value electronics and antique furniture owners opt for full-value protection to avoid any heartache during long-haul transport.
We'll handle your goods with the same care we'd give our own equipment, but international forwarding variables sometimes require that extra layer of security.
Transit Times
Estimates aren't guarantees. Weather and road conditions in the Midwest can be unpredictable.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a redirection fee.
